The DIGI BASCOM is a digital comparison caliper for inside and outside measurements, designed for dimensional inspection of high-precision mechanical components.

It is suitable for industrial metrology and quality control applications, including the inspection of gear teeth, threads, grooves, channels and V-guides, both internal and external. The lightweight structure with hardened stainless steel beam ensures stability and reliability even during continuous use.

Measurement is carried out by comparison, with a digital display featuring 0.01 mm resolution combined with an Ø 40 mm analogue dial gauge, allowing fast and repeatable checks.
Thanks to interchangeable contact tips and rods, the instrument offers high application versatility and is supplied as standard with Ø 3 mm ball contact tips.
